North Ka’anapali Beach

Ka’anapali Shores Resort is located at the north end of beautiful North Ka’anapali Beach, in the local community of Honokowai, and conveniently adjacent to shops, the local food market, and restaurants.

The resort is located approximately 45 min to 1 hour from the main Kahului Airport, and within 10 minutes from the Kapalua Airport for those continuing and traveling through inter-island connections.

The resort features a main building, with approximate 450 suites; and includes tennis, shopping, putting green and cultural activities.

The Pacific Ocean

Ka’anapali Shores Resort is ocean front to the beautiful North Ka’anapali Beach and expansive Pacific Ocean; with incredible views of the neighbor islands and sunsets to the west.

The world famous Ka’anapali Beach area playing a host to countless activities including snorkeling, surfing, fishing, jet skis, sailing catamarans and so much more.

Just south of the resort you’ll find the Ka’anapali Beachwalk, which stretches approximately 2.5 miles along the entire Ka’anapali Resort area.  Headed south from Honua Kai along North Ka’anapali Beach toward the Sheraton Maui Resort. From there you may find yourself making your way along Ka’anapali Golf course and back onto South Ka’anapali Beach, where the Beachwalk continues to extend all the way to the Hyatt Regency Maui.

The beach itself fronting the resort providing snorkeling and surfing depending on the time of year. The stretch of sand expanding from several yards to just a few feet, seasonal dependent.

There are NO LIFEGUARDS at Ka’anapali Shores Resort. Ocean activities can be dangerous and users are encouraged to exercise a high level of caution and should engage only at their own personal discretion.

One bedroom suites at Ka’anapali Shores Resort are equipped with washers and dryers. Studio suites have access to a coin operated laundry area. Suites also include basic cleaning necessities including broom, small swiffer sweeper and other household convenience items.

Ka’anapali Luxury Vacation Rentals include a required Departure Clean Fee which will vary based on the Suite selected.
