Luana Garden Villas is located within Honua Kai Resort & Spa, located at the north end of beautiful North Ka’anapali Beach.  The less populated stretch of world renowned Ka’anapali Beach which extends from the Sheraton Maui Resort all the way to Honua Kai.  An expansive 38 acres of Maui island paradise.

The resort is located approximately 45 min to 1 hour from the main Kahului Airport, and within 10 minutes from the Kapalua Airport for those continuing or traveling through inter-island connections.

Luana Garden Villas Feature the newest and largest of premier condominiums  in the Ka’anapali Beach area. The suites are full 3 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom standard.  Private pull up garages and direct entrances.

Spacious kitchens includes high end appliances and features and dining extends from the full dining room table, to the pull up bar; and outward toward  the exterior lanai which includes dining and seating for the largest of families or extended friends.

The Pacific Ocean

Luana Garden Villas fronts the beautiful North Ka’anapali Beach and expansive Pacific Ocean.

The world famous Ka’anapali Beach area playing a host to countless activities including snorkeling, surfing, fishing, jet skis, sailing catamarans and so much more.

Along the beach you’ll find the Ka’anapali Beachwalk, which stretches approximately 2.5 miles along the entire Ka’anapali Resort area.  Headed south from Honua Kai along North Ka’anapali Beach toward the Sheraton Maui Resort. From there you may find yourself making your way along Ka’anapali Golf course and back onto South Ka’anapali Beach, where the Beachwalk continues to extend all the way to the Hyatt Regency Maui.

The beach itself fronting the resort providing snorkeling and surfing depending on the time of year. The stretch of sand expanding from several yards to just a few feet, seasonal dependent.

Honua Kai at inception incorporated a Sustainable Dunes area to ensure the beach avoids coastal erosion. You’ll find the dunes filled with native species including Pohuehue and Naupaka.

There are NO LIFEGUARDS on North Ka’anapali Beach. Ocean activities can be dangerous and users are encouraged to exercise a high level of caution and should engage only at their own personal discretion.

All Ka’anapali Luxury Vacation Rentals at Honua Kai Resort are equipped with Bosch eco-efficient washers and dryers. Suites also include basic cleaning necessities including broom, small swiffer sweeper and other household convenience items.
