Maui Ka’anapali’s Newest 3 Bedroom Luxury Villa!

Luana Garden Villas 1D is spacious top level luxury villa with views stretching across the resort toward the sun setting over the Pacific Ocean. The villas direct access from the lanai leads to the aquatic playground and North Ka’anapali Beach.

Each of the Luana Garden Villas rests within it’s own enclave, or smaller grouping of villas, which includes a pool, hot tub, and lava rock fire bowl to enjoy with family friends. The interiors are spacious and feature distinct and contemporary architecture and furnishings.

The villa also features a private garage.

Luana Garden Villas 1D includes standard Ka’anapali Luxury Vacation Rental amenities; including in-house compendiums and personal concierge service.

Luana Garden Villas 1D features 3 spacious rooms, a master suite, second master and guest; all complete with full King Size Beds, high definition TV’s. The master suite features slide away doors opening the suite to the exterior lanai. The guest suite features a splittable king bed, perfect for singles or keiki.

The master bathroom includes a large mirror with double vanities, full size walk in shower. The second master bathroom also includes double vanities, with large mirror and walk in shower. The guest bathroom is adjacent to the guest suite and includes a wide vanity and full tub and shower.

A hideaway couch is also available. Contact Ka’anapali Luxury Vacation Concierge to arrange for service prior to arrival.

Luana Garden Villas 1D lanai is spacious. Over 500sq ft of space for friends to relax, dine and unwind. The lanai is configured with a west facing exposure making it perfect to enjoy your coffee in the cooler morning shade, and enjoy the sunsets while dining al fresco. The full glass panel wall doors extend completely across the living area and tuck away into the wall, creating a true unobstructed indoor-outdoor living environment.

This villa also features a retractable lanai privacy screen with remote control.

The lanai also includes a wolf bbq and outdoor GE profile refrigerator; bringing even greater convenience to enjoy outdoor dining. A large table with dining for six, and additional seating area for up to eight complete the outside experience.
