Luana Villas at Honua Kai are Ka’anapali’s newest collection of luxury condominium suites.
With over 38 acres of combined space along the north end of world renowned Ka’anapali Beach, Honua Kai Resort consists of three entities – the original Hokulani building to the south, completed in 2008, the Konea building to the north, completed in 2010 and the final phase of development – the new Luana Garden Villas; with major construction finished, now open for occupancy, and slated for final completion by Fall of 2020.
The 72 three bedroom villas are comprised of 18 two-level buildings of 4 suites each; grouped into a total of 3 private enclaves comprised of 6 suites each.
The floor plan designs for the Luana Villas at Honua Kai are spacious. Over 2000+ square feet in a single level floor plan. Each condominium suite includes a sliding window wall that hides completely away, expanding your living space to an additional 500+ sq ft of covered outdoor lanai area.
Condominiums feature three bedrooms each with three full bathrooms including a walk-in shower and tub in the master and second guest suite; the guest bathroom adjacent to the guest suite combined. The master suite and guest suite also providing their own private lanai area.

A private pool area accompanies each Luana Villa enclave. The areas include loungers for relaxing in the sun or shade, a pool with waterfall feature, spacious hot tub; and a fire bowl area which is the perfect place to relax with friends and family as the Maui sun sets.
